Note: Returns for personal reasons are generally not accepted. Even unused items may be declined if they meet quality standards.
Return Process
Please contact us via email or your account message system before returning any item.
Provide:
- Order details
- Reason and detailed description of the issue
- Product photos (full item and defect area, clear images required)
After confirmation, we will respond within 2–3 business days.
Undelivered / Returned Orders
If a package is returned due to:
- Failure to receive
- Refusal to accept

Refunds
